Our Story

The Ridge started as an idea and a longing to have a cabin in the beautiful Red River Gorge. When an amazing opportunity to purchase the property presented itself, our family knew that we needed to jump on it. What was a dream to own one cabin, turned into a reality of owning six! We had a distinct vision of what we wanted the property to be... a retreat. A place where anyone is welcome to come find peace, be one with nature and enjoy the beauty of the Gorge. The Ridge consists of six total cabins. Five A-Frames and one house. Three of the A-Frames sleep four people each (two bedrooms), One A-Frame Sleeps two people (one bedroom) and one is unfinished and in the process of a full remodel but will eventually be a two person cabin as well. 

Each cabin has been recently renovated to be cozy, tasteful and functional. We are so excited to welcome you to The Ridge and hope that your trip is rejuvenating and that you come back again soon!
